Critical Goals and Outcomes

All students will become proficient in English and Spanish.
All students will demonstrate high levels of performance in reading and language arts; mathematics and science; character and ethics; health and fitness, art and music; and history and social science.
All students will demonstrate advanced skills in leadership, critical thinking, writing and research that will be demonstrated regularly through testing, speaking, community involvement, project exhibitions and musical and theatrical performances.
All students will come to understand their civic responsibilities through community studies and community involvement.
Family and community assets to support student achievement will be enhanced through family service collaborations, family development programming, and parent leadership training and networking opportunities.
Students will demonstrate a solid understanding of the Latino culture and history. Teachers and school staff will work closely with families to support high student achievement. All students will have a greater understanding of college opportunities and preparedness.
